This book arose from a challenge made to us after writing Creating Mission Impact: Tradecraft for Innovators at CIA and Beyond, a book intended primarily to help officers within the Agency effect meaningful change. We were told that it is one thing to explain innovation to adults. But could we do it for kids when it might have the most long-lasting impact?

That seemed a lot harder, but being innovators, we had to try.
